Who We Are
Insurance Growth Coach is a coaching and training agency founded by Paul Todd, a 10+ year Medicare and insurance industry professional. Built on the real-world experience behind Crown Legacy Group, IGC exists to help aspiring and established insurance agents develop the skills, systems, and strategies needed to grow their business and impact more lives.
Paul is a former NABIP chapter president and current President-Elect of NABIP Alabama, bringing a rare combination of active field production and respected industry leadership. He coaches agents across Medicare, ACA/Marketplace, and ancillary lines — sharing the exact, carrier-independent strategies he's used to build a successful agency across two states.

The Story
Paul Todd
Our Coach, Paul Todd, is a Medicare and insurance industry leader with over a decade of specialized experience, and the founder of Crown Legacy Group — a family-owned, carrier-independent agency serving Alabama and Tennessee. He's built the business from the ground up, recruiting, training, and mentoring a growing team of producers across Medicare, ACA/Marketplace, and multi-line insurance strategy.
A recognized voice in the national insurance community, Paul served as President of the Birmingham NABIP chapter and is currently President-Elect of NABIP Alabama. He's not teaching from the sidelines — every strategy he shares comes from someone actively building, selling, and leading in the field every day.
